I set a goal for myself. I want to live a healthier and fitter life for as long as possible. 16 weeks of hell has been life-changing. During these 16 weeks, I have lost 10.1 kg in weight and at the same time adjusted my body fat percentage from 24.3% to 10.4%.

Martin Johansson completed the challenge at 50 years old, having never set foot in a gym before. He never imagined he would achieve significant results, but with the encouragement and support of his family and friends, along with Tony and the dedicated 16WOH team, he reached the best shape of his life. Tony, a devoted family man, enjoys a happy life with his partner Annabeth, who is also a coach at #16WOH, and their three beautiful children.
Tony’s fitness journey began at 25 when he started focusing on bench press and heavy weight training while playing football and hockey for various clubs over the years.
As Tony approached his 40s, he realised he wasn’t reaching his full potential and decided to revamp his diet and workout routine. The transformation was incredible—by his 40th birthday, he achieved the best shape of his life. Soon, people started asking him how they could achieve the same results, which led to the creation of the 16 Weeks of Hell training program.
The program gained nationwide attention when Discovery Channel featured it in a reality show showcasing celebrities who transformed their bodies using 16WOH. This sparked a surge in popularity, and the program quickly became a hit among all kinds of people—from celebrities and athletes to everyday individuals just like you.
Inspired by his passion for sports and fitness, Tony founded 16 Weeks Of Hell, where he works alongside Annabeth, his brother, lifelong friends, and other dedicated team members—all of whom have personally completed the program. Together, they form a strong, dynamic team focused on helping others achieve their fitness goals and lead healthier, happier lives.
