






“I signed up for 16 weeks of hell after thinking about it for years, and after a boring divorce I needed to get hold of my life instead of snuggling on the couch. August 11, I started the program overweight and depressed. It has been an absolutely fantastic journey and the results came quickly and the well-being with it! Today I feel amazingly good and am incredibly proud of myself for taking hold of my life and pulling out my forehead when I needed it most. Started at 87 kg and weighed out at 69 kg, 103 cm around the waist became 82 cm in the finish line. The fat percentage started at 34% and ended at 11.4%. So much Hell I actually don't think it has been, clear and simple recipes to follow and a really good app for all gym exercises made it all clear to follow.

Today I finished my 16 weeks of hell! It has every ups and downs, I have thought that the program should be called 16 weeks of fun and I have understood why it is called HELL.
With supportive coaches (AND family), a solid forehead, and good planning, I truly think I've got the best start to the rest of my life! I feel so damn strong and it's a new wonderful feeling that I won't let go at first!
Thank you Tony and all the coaches for your pep! Now I will continue out and become even stronger!
