I´m someone who knows what it means to push limits. After surviving two heart attacks, I started running at 47 and eventually turned that into a passion for mindful movement. When I joined the 16 Weeks of Hell Challenge, I knew it would test my discipline in a whole new way. Over the next 112 days, I’m logging my journey here, talking about the training, the food, the mindset shifts, and the daily wins and struggles.
